Operations Leader | People Manager & Mentor | Right-Hand Woman to Leadership | White-Glove Client Relations | AI Power User | Integrity First
Every great leader has someone who quietly makes everything work. That's me.
I turn busy, messy, moving-target work into clear plans, steady teams, and happy clients.
About
My career spans manufacturing and healthcare, and the common thread is simple: I take care of people and I get things done.
I've supervised teams and handled employee relations, and today I run operations and programs: managing sprints, balancing team workloads, and keeping multiple projects moving at once. I'm the person leaders hand the messy stuff to, because I'll turn it into a plan and see it through.
Underneath all of it is outstanding integrity. I do what I say, I tell the truth even when it's hard, and I treat people with respect.
What I Bring
Operations & Programs
I run sprints, juggle multiple projects, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
People Leadership
Years of supervising and employee relations taught me to lead with fairness, clarity, and a calm head.
Mentoring
Watching someone I coached step up is my favorite kind of win.
Right-Hand Support
I see what leaders need before they ask and keep the details handled so they can focus on the big picture.
White-Glove Client Relations
Every client should feel like my only client. Responsive, thoughtful, and always following through.
Research & AI
I'm always learning, and I use AI tools to work smarter, move faster, and bring better answers to the table.
Built From Scratch: Founder & Operator
From "let me learn AI" to a working business in about six weeks.
In April 2026, I started learning AI. Six weeks later, I had built a working digital business: brands, products, sales pages, paid ad campaigns, and real paying customers. I put in over 200 hours on my own time and handled 13 roles, including project manager, product manager, business analyst, copywriter, ad manager, and systems designer.
What I Built
Brands & Products
Quiet Profit System™, Family Vault™, and later Built by Systems, a homeowner tools line I pivoted into after testing showed the first market was too crowded.
Five Repeatable Systems
Product research, product development, sales page development, content creation, and a central knowledge base.
Sales & Marketing
Sales pages, checkout, Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest content, plus paid Meta campaigns with audience testing and budget management.
Cost Control
Audited my software stack, cut redundant subscriptions, and saved about $1,296 a year.
What I Learned
People don't buy information. They buy a roadmap.
Real-world testing beats theoretical planning.
Consistent iteration beats starting over.
What it proves: give me a blank page and I'll build the plan, the systems, and the team-of-one to run it.
Let's Talk
I'm happy to connect with leaders in operations, people management, and client success. Send me a note and I'll get back to you.
